The way the ACC staff treat the dogs is criminal, as is the lack of interest most of them show in adopting out these dogs. Incompetent behavioral evaluations, grossly unsanitary conditions, an almost total lack of compassion, and the criminal conspiracy that exists amongst Mayor’s Alliance members/rescues and the associated organizations don’t even begin to cover the problems at ACC.
